  • Sales statistics from 2006 and 2007.  Median Sales Price in 2006 was $287,500 and in 2007 it was $304,000. The Average Sales Price increased from $348,294 in 2006 to $378,664 in 2007.  And the Average Days on Market was pretty close year to year, 95 days in 2006 and 101 days in 2007.  These statistics are for residential homes.

Broomfield built an arena just off Highway 36 for a minor league Basketball Team, the 14'ers and a minor league Hockey Team, the Rage.  And lots of events as well will be hosted there.  My Daughter and my Wife went to see Disney on Ice last year and my Daughter loved it.

There is still a considerable amount of new construction happening in Broomfield.  The NW Parkway corridor has many homes recently built and planned to be built.  Anthem is a very big housing development just off the Parkway.

The services and infrastructure for Broomfield are excellent.  They have a great Library, a fairly new and amazing Recreation Center, a Community Center and the Bay Acquatic Park is great for kids in the summer.  Broomfield is very close to Denver for commuting purposes and good access to Denver International Airport.

What issues should you be aware of for Broomfield Real Estate?
The growth of Broomfield is going to continue for many years with many new homes being built so you need to take that into account when buying since housing inventory levels will increase over time.
